A similar product were first introduced into the Australian mining and tunneling industry in 1997. This V-Bar™ Resin Bolt is a specifically designed solid steel reinforcing bar for the use in strata support in underground mining and tunneling excavations.
The V-Bar™ Resin Bolt includes a paddle system to improve resin mixing and consequently provide a higher bond strength in larger diameter holes.
